JOHN TECCA

Founder & President

John Tecca was born and raised in Livingston, Montana, and attended UCLA in Southern California. He received his certificate in dental technology in 1990. John opened Aesthetic Oral Arts in Livingston in June of 1990 and has been serving the dental community nationwide ever since. This unique dental lab is situated in historic Livingston, a city that is the original Gateway to Yellowstone National Park. The majestic Rocky Mountains that surround it has brought a great deal of inspiration to him personally and professionally.

Deeply passionate about his work, John takes great pride in fabricating exceptional, high-quality restorations. He has attended several live patient courses with Dr. Ed McLaren, Dr. Frank Spears, P.A.C. Live, Dr. Rhys Spoor, and Mark Willis M.D.T. He has also studied advanced dentistry techniques with some of the finest clinicians and master technicians in the world, such as Dr. John Kois, Dr. Frank Spears, Matt Roberts, Lee Culp, Brad Jones, Don Cornell, Willi Geller, Uwe Brosamie, Dr. Tom Trinkner, Dr. David Hornbrook, and Dr. Peter Dawson.

John is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He continually attends continuing education courses. Specific programs include: Kois Center, Dawson Center for Advanced Study, Seattle Study Club, Team Aesthetic Seminars by Matt Roberts, IPS Empress Programs, 3M ESPE Lava, Nobel Biocare Advanced Implant Dentistry, Straumann, Zimmer, e.max, Vident Porcelain procedures, BEGO Certifications, and Ivoclar North American Centers for Advanced Education courses. He has certifications from 3M ESPE Lava, Microstar, Las Vegas Institute, and Lee Culp’s Institute for Oral Art and Design.

John is just as passionate about the outdoors as he is about dentistry and is inspired by Montana’s natural beauty and everything it has to offer. John and his wife, Linda, have six children and twelve grandchildren whom they enjoy spending time with. He loves to hunt, fish, and recreate in Montana with family and friends.

MIKE GIAO
CAD/CAM Technician

Mike has been a Dental Technician for 45 years and has seen a lot of changes in the industry. He studied Dental Laboratory Technology at Pasadena City College in California and graduated with honors.

  • Mike’s duties at Aesthetic Oral Arts include CAD/CAM design, digital model creation, surgical guide fabrication, implant abutment design, and aesthetic design. After moving his family from North Idaho, he has been working with Aesthetic Oral Arts since 2008! He is married to his wife, Teri and they have 2 daughters in their twenties. Mike is currently the President of the Montana Airstream Club, a local unit of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International. In his spare time, Mike enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.

DUSTIN DODGE
Ceramist

Dustin has been a part of the Aesthetic Oral Arts Team since 2001 and feels blessed to have such a great career! Dustin was born and raised in Livingston and loves the beautiful state of Montana.

  • In Dustin’s free time he enjoys spending it with his twin boys, rock hounding, ATV riding, woodworking, and hiking around in the mountains.

JT TECCA
CAD/CAM Technician

JT was born and raised in Livingston, Montana, and began working at Aesthetic Oral Arts in 2006. He digitally designs metal, emax, and zirconia crowns along with milling, finishing, staining and glazing crowns.

  • JT enjoys his job at AOA: "I love creating new smiles for patients." His favorite activities include hunting, fishing, hiking, floating, camping, or anything in the great outdoors of Montana with his friends and family.

EMILY GREEN
Denture Assistant/Model Specialist

Emily has been in Montana for over half of her life. She's lived in several other states but loved Montana so much that she kept coming back and resides in Livingston with her son.

  • She enjoys hiking, exploring, rock hounding, bingo, and concerts. Emily is new to the dental field but is happy with her decision to change careers. She loves working with her hands and is artistic, creative, and a perfectionist which is a benefit in this field of work. She's been with AOA for three years and counting.

NEIL JOHNSON
Ceramist

Neil is a 10-year Navy Veteran with 15 years of combined experience in the dental field and 2 years of combined formal education in the medical and dental fields. Neil specializes in fixed restorations.

  • Neil has worked in the Netherlands, Cuba, and on the USS Theodore Roosevelt. His favorite activities are fishing and RC Rock Crawling.

GREGORY LESKY
Office Manager

Gregory has spent his career in the hospitality industry and is enjoying applying his talents to serve the dental community together with Aesthetic Oral Arts.

  • Moving to Montana in 2007, the state has shown Gregory the joys of snowboarding, whitewater guiding and kayaking, camping, fishing, and all of the things Montana has to offer.
